Maintenance Free

 - does what is says on the tin!

What's included depends on the model, but essentailly, the package removes the need for treating timber, painting etc, and by providing PVCu finish on fascias, windows and gutters, means an occassional wipe clean is all the maintenance necessary to maintain an attractive appearance.

Also included is an upgraded main door with additional security, personnel door and a timber weather bar and sand and cement fillet.

Premium Options

 - offers a top of the range package, PVCu Maintenance Free Fascias, Window (Opening), Gutters, and including Georgian Main Door (where applicable) with Georgian Personnel door, with additional point locking on both (subject to model size). Sand and cement fillet and timber weather bar as applicable.all at a very, very attractive price!
